Trinity College London is an international exam board that has been providing assessments since 1877. With a rich heritage of academic, supportive approach to assessment, Each year over 700,000 candidates in over 60 countries take a Trinity assessment and our international network is growing fast.
Trinity exams and assessments are designed to help students progress. The exams focus on assessing skills and how effectively the candidates can apply what they have learnt, not just on knowledge for its own sake. Trinity exams are regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) and recognized around the world.
At Seven Notes students can take up grade exams in music conducted by Trinity College London once they complete a basic course. The grading begins with the Initial Grade, and is then numbered from Grade 1 to Grade 8 in increasing difficulty. In addition to graded examinations, TCL also offers diplomas in music at three levels - Associate (ATCL), Licentiate (LTCL) and Fellowship (FTCL).
ABRSM was founded in 1889 and it is the exam board of the Royal Schools of Music. ABRSM support high-quality music-making and learning around the world.
