Registration is ongoing throughout the financial year. New student registration fee of Rs 500 will be collected during the admission.
Monthly tuition fee is to be paid in advance at the FIRST CLASS of the every month.
Fine of Rs. 250 is charged as late payment of fees if the fees are paid on or after 8th every month.
No refunds or No fees adjustments are given for the missed lessons.
School Functions for the first Four Weeks of every month.The school will not function of the FIFTH week of the Month.
All National Holidays will be declared as a holiday and the Make-up class will be provided.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS: The Every student is eligible for 4 hours of classes every month (Weekly one hour) commencing on the first week of every month.
GROUP LESSONS: The Every student is eligible for 8 hours of classes every month (Weekly two hour) commencing on the first week of every month.
IN-HOME LESSONS: The Every student is eligible for 4 hours of classes every month (Weekly one hour) commencing on the first week of every month.
Regular attendance is expected of all students. No Make-up lesson will be provided except for:
STUDENT ILLNESS: The student should inform minimum THREE HOURS prior to his/her class timing to avail the benefit of the make-up class.
There are no make-up classes for group lesson.
PLANNED ABSENCE: The student should inform minimum 24 hours prior to his/her class timing to avail the benefit of the make-up class.

TEACHER ABSENCE: Any lesson missed as a result of the teacher's absence will be made up.
EMERGENCY SCHOOL CLOSING: When inclement weather forces the cancellation of activities, all lessons/classes will be made up whenever possible.
Monthly Timings are to be fixed at the time of registration with the concern of the teacher. Timings can only be revised every quarter subject to availability of the teacher. Any lesson missed as a result of the teacher's absence will be made up.

c) Any lesson missed as a result of the teacher absence will be made up.
d) Emergency school closing: Cancellation of classes / lessons will be made up whenever possible.
e) Failure to appear for a makeup lesson will still count as the makeup lesson.
Due to the fact that our classes are scheduled back to back we are unable to make-up time for students who arrive late for their lesson.
The school reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. If a teacher is ill and the school can not arrange a substitute teacher, any missed classes will be made-up at the expense of the school.
Teachers prepare the students to appear for the international certification once the student reaches the required standard. It is the sole decision of the teacher to decide when and which level to make the student appear for the Examination.
